When we look into the DLP LCR4500 Flash Programming Guide for detailed step by step to reprogram firmware info on using the JTAG Tools. After we re-programming the firmware, connect the LightCrafter 4500 to a PC loaded with the LightCrafter 4500 GUI via USB, reconnect the power cable to the LightCrafter 4500 and click the Image/Firmware tab and FirmwareUpload tabfrom GUI, the DLP LightCrafter 4500 GUI still shows the wrong for firmware and dosn't work(no image output). We don't know why? Thank you.

    Welcome to the E2E forum!

    Is this the DLPLCR4500EVM?

    Can you confirm that the Stand-by switch is in the "On" position?

    Does the PC establish a connection with the EVM? This can be tested easily by clicking a "Get" function and seeing if any information has been returned.
