DLPNIRNANOEVM: Loss resolution issue

Hi dear Texas instrument Team,

I bought two DLP® NIRscan™ Nano Evaluation Module, the first on 1.5 years ago and the other one 10 months ago. It seems the first one have a loss resolution issue.

If I calibrate both spectrometer with the same protocle and same settings I am only able to see the spectral pattern I am looking for with the most recent one. This was not the case before. Is this a frequently encountered problem ? Is there anything to be done ? Do you have a maintenance service?

I can provide spectrum from both devices so you can see the issue.
