We purchased two DLP2010EVM-LCs for product development, and a problem occurred in the FPC cable connecting the DLP engine and the EVM in one EVM during the development process.
The main symptom is poor cable contact, so you want to purchase the corresponding FPC cable.
I contacted the Ti customer center, but there was a response to direct contact with Asia Optics, or a response to re-buy the entire package (Ti policy is not understood).
Before contacting Ti customer center, we sent e-mails to Asia Optics several times, and there was no answer, so we re-inquired to customer center. I got the same answer as above.
Therefore, we request an arrangement to be contacted with Asia Optics so that we can purchase FPC cables. Upon contact, we and Asia Optics will proceed with the purchase after that.
