My DLP board didn't ON.
I check with 5v 3A DC Adaptor
I also given power through raspberry pi gpio.

but i doesn't ON.

I have another board that working fine.

can any one help me out with this issue.

Was the non-working board working earlier? Did you make any change with caused this problem?

Hi mayank,

No I didn't do anything i was working for one board, later i check the second board its not working.

can you please claim the warrenty or replace the product

Tejesh,

Kindly contact the customer service center to check if the EVM can be replaced (given that it meets the warranty conditions etc).

Tejesh,

Was the EVM purchased via a distributor? If yes then the RMA will be done by the distributor itself.

Only for orders done via TI store - the RMA are done through customer service.
