DMD4000 DDR2 ram interfacing

Hello

Our lab own a Discovery 4000 .55 dmd. We are doing spectroscopy, the frame rate we need is around 10 kbfps. The labview + usb combination is clearly too slow for our application. We are trying to interface a plugin DDR2 memory on the controller board. I am wondering if there is a standard and specific procedure for this.

    Meng,

    I am very sorry that your post got overlooked.

    You will need to write a memory controller block to load into the Apps FPGA.  There are some issues with the DDR memory interface on the D4000 that limit the use of memory on the D4000. 

    The D4100 kit corrected these issues.
