When using "DLP Pico Display and Light Crafter Soft", there was an abnormal phenomenon that communication between the software and DLPC3479 was lost.
At the time of the anomaly, the EVM was turned on again, but the following HW status was observed and the DLPC3479 did not seem to start.
[HW status]
(1) When the power is turned on, D57 and D43 are lit.
(2) When I push SW21, D57 turns off and D56 turns on for a moment, but D33 and D34 do not turn on and return to the status (1).
The "DLP Pico Display and Light Crafter Soft" was able to communicate with Cypress, and we were able to get a backup image of the SPI Flash using the software.
There seems to be some differences compared to the normal backup image, but I don't know what's wrong.
After re-writing the FW, we have confirmed that the system returns to normal operation. When I write the backup image of the time when the problem occurred, the problem is reproduced.
The same problem has occurred several times, and I would like to take countermeasures as soon as possible.
I will provide you with a backup image of when the error occurred, so can you investigate the cause based on that?
