DLP2010EVM-LC: Constant White image projection on DLP2010EVM-LC

Are the pixel artifacts here you are seeing fixed and constant? Or do they vary with content?

If they are fixed, you may have a damaged DMD. Is the issue you are observing above the out-of-the-box behavior of the system? If not, what was the last thing you did with the system before this issue occurred?

Hello,

This is the steps done provided by our customer:

1. I switch on the unit and then started the DLP LightCrafter Display v7.4.
2. I set up a building in image display and press the button Set.
3. Then I get white projection but I expect to see TI logo.

This problem has been detected when I switch 12V power supply.

I suspect you are not using a DLP2010-LC EVM in this case, but a DLP2010 EVM. These are two separate parts with different power supply requirements (19V for DLP2010-LC, and 5V for DLP2010).

It is likely that the 19V power supply may have damaged the DMD on your EVM.  Can you confirm whether you intended to use a DLP2010 or DLP2010-LC EVM?

I used DLP2010-LC. I test DMD module by Oscilloscope. It has been damaged. What must I do now? Could I send board to do the repair?
