DLP9000: Ceramic carrier density

Hello,

I have to calculate the flux of a hypothetical particle through the DMD and therefore I need the density of the ceramic carrier and the CMOS substrate, can you provide these values? Also, is there any material, for example a coating, between the mirror chip and the ceramic carrirer?

Hi Baier,

Here is the requested information.

The density of the materials are:

Corning 7056 glass: 2.29 g/cm3
Ceramic: 3.7 g/cm3
<100> Silicon (per TI spec 4200420): 2.328 g/cm3

Die attach epoxy:

You can get thickness from DLP9000 DMD package drawing.

Maybe die attach epoxy can be neglected since it is very thin.
