Hi,

We need to display some patterns on DLP2010NIR. We have the evaluation module, which is in the form of a spectrometer. How can we display our own patterns on the device? Just turning all the pixels on and off would be sufficient at this point.

This section provides more information on how to perform external pattern streaming on your device.

Hi Philippe,

As you know we couldn't get our own board working but we need to move on. As an intermediate solution we want to display patterns on the evaluation module. As far as I can see in the manual, it doesn't have a parallel port connector. Is there another way of feeding the patterns? As I said, displaying all white or all black patterns is sufficient at the moment.

Have you considered using the internal test pattern generator (or internal pattern streaming modes) to get a solid raster on your system? Commands to execute this are in the same programmers guide.

Yes, we have considered that but the i2c signals are not accessible from any connector. The pullup resistors are placed so inconveniently that soldering jumper wires is almost impossible... Is there another way?

I am not aware of another to methods to access I2C. I will consult internally and get back to you couple of days.
