i am trying to implement simple VAD algorithm based on this white paper provided by TI.

in section 2.2.2 Figure 3 is given , i think other than having few typo errors. i feel there is something wrong with flow chart , it does not match with description.
Can somebody please take look and help me understanding it. Can somebody please confirm if Flowchart is okey?
