CCS/TMS320C5505: How to realize bootloader with C5505-ezdsp usb stick

Dear all;

I have a TMS320C5505-ezdsp usb stick, Now I can just emulation. But I want to boot the DSP from SPI E2PROM. The E2PROM (M95512-WMN6TP), on the development board.

1、how can I copy the program in EEPROM

2、what should I do about the program

3、any other simple ways to do this on the development board. thanks

I Check information online : "Next, run the program, when the user will be asked to input the file path and file name for the boot image: Input your binary file path..."

Now, I can convert the.out file to .bin file. But when I run the program, I did not found be asked to input the file path and file name for the boot image. What should I do to input the file to eeprom?

When you run the boot image programmer, it will prompt you to enter the path in your local file system to the .bin file.
Please check out this wiki for some guidance processors.wiki.ti.com/.../C5517_Boot-Image_Programmer This is for C5517, but it should be a similar process.
