I have a customer that is developiong a software defined radio device using either the C6670 or C6678 DSP. Do we offer any SDR libraries? If not are there any known third party libraries that have been known to work with the C667X devices?

Hi Franklin,
We do have software solutions through our partners for the wireless, basestation / infrastructure market. It depends upon what level of software is needed, the application and the device being considered. I sent you a message separately on this and my email is also in my profile if you would like to connect.
Some points to consider:
1. Adding to what Sandeep wrote, the CI devices use C66 Core as well
2. We have an elaborate system of optimized libraries for the C66. It might be a good idea to specify what algorithm the customer needs and see if optimized library covers these algorithm. (Is FFT for OFDM needed?)
3. It is a good idea to look at TI design for Software Defined Radio (http://www.ti.com/solution/software-defined-radio-sdr-diagram) and remember that all C64+ code run on C66 as well
