I am trying to find documentation/confirmation of the Keystone 667x DDR3 controller supporting 2T command rates. I am in the process of verifying SI with Hyperlynx on the DDR3 layout, and failing setup times on Address and Clock Enable lines unless using 2T rates. Thank you,
