Hi,
Some errors occur as followings when I boot EVMK2H Rev40. No other ports on EVM is connected except DC port and 4-pin BMC COM port.
Case 1. BMC console prints out the following error information period of time after EVM is powered on and boots successfully. It occurs sometimes but not always.
[00:00:02] BOOT COMPLETE
[00:02:08] Error: SOC_POWER_GOOD signal has de-asserted. Shutting down soc power.
[00:02:08] Full Reset Begin
[00:02:08] Full Reset Complete
[00:02:09] POR Begin
[00:02:09] POR Complete
[00:02:09] SOC PWR Stop Begin
[00:02:09] SOC PWR Stop Complete
Case 2. BMC console prints out the following error information almost everytime I reset EVM by pressing the MCU reset pushbutton.
[00:00:00] BMC Init Complete
[00:00:00] Main PWR Start Begin
[00:00:00] Main PWR Start Complete
[00:00:00] SOC PWR Start Begin
[00:00:00] EVM setup has encountered the following error: The signal SOC_POWER_GOOD has failed to assert
[00:00:00] SOC PWR Stop Begin
[00:00:01] SOC PWR Stop Complete
[00:00:01] HWDBG is set to ON, evm setup will now halt.
[00:00:01] To alter this behavior, please use the hwdbg command.
And I have updated BMC and UCD firmware which I got from AdvanTech website, but it doesn't work.
Updated BMC version: BMC VERSION 1.0.2.5
Updated UCD version: UCD9090_Address_104_A03.txt, UCD9244_Address_78_A03_02.txt, UCD9244_Address_52_A03_02.txt
I want know whether it is a normal case or there is something wrong on EVM.
