66AK2H14: Recommended number of caps

I believe you meant Qty for CVDD was wrong in this table, but how about the other power lanes ? Are those really correct ? 

You are correct. The document is wrong. You should refer to the 66AK2E05 & 66AK2H14 EVMs:

Start with the EVM capacitance & perform a power integrity analysis to determine the capacitor requirement for your specific design. That's why there is the following note in the EVM schematic:
"THESE CAPS ARE ADDED FOR PROVISION ONLY. VALUES CAN BE CHANGED BASED ON PI ANALYSIS RESULT"

As for the other lanes, you can see that those deviate from the Hardware Design Guide for Keystone II devices, as well. So again, refer to the EVM schematics.

As Yordan mentioned, you cannot blindly consider the capacitance requirement from the EVM or the hardware design guide. The capacitance requirement varies from design to design. So we would recommend to perform PI analysis to idenify the required capacitance.
