how to purchase IPNC

I'd like to purchase from Appro based on the links from ti.com, however, Appro's website is just too basic, for example, what's the IPNC software version number for the board I need purchase(e.g. DM365 IPNC, or DM368 IPNC), what kernel is supported now? More importantly, how can I get the future IPNC updates, is it from Appro, or from TI? do I need work with a TI sales or a distributor before I order the IPNC kit from Appro?

We bought direct from Appro - their website is not very clear.

It does not help that their e-mail seems to get blocked, it was only after asking here that they got in touch via Gmail instead of the @appro address.

It also means we never get notified when updates happen... I just saw some post about SDK 5.0 and am now downloading it, but nothing came from Appro to tell us it was available.

I placed an order via their website anyway, as that's the only option. Still many things are unclear, e.g. what's the new IPNC version, when/where to get update?

How do you download SDK5.0, is it open to everyone or you have to get some login/password from TI(or Appro)? We really need just one html page to explain those info in detail but there is no way to find it.

When you buy, they should send a link/login to their FTP server - in there is a list of folders containing "IPNC RDK Vx.y.z", just download the latest one (currently V5.0, which was un-announced as far as I can tell). We found that the e-mail did not arrive (due to some firewall or spam program somewhere between here and Taiwan).

I'm juts off on holiday so I'll wish you good luck and check back in 2 weeks to see if you've got everything working ;)
