TMS320DM368: dm368 new evm erase flash through uart using the sfh_dm36X.exe

as the picture shows above .it was breaked and seems can't erase the flash normally.can anyone help me which problem do i have .thank you very much.

Hi,

Is that the evm board? or you are working on custom hardware.
Request you to check on TI EVM before experimenting on your board.

Do you have JTAG pulled out ?

You can run diagnostic test for DM36X using CCS+JTAG

Please refer these docs. Though these docs are old, it should work similar on latest V6.0+ CCS as well.

no ,we didn't pull out the JTAG pin ,

Since this is custom board, I would strongly recommend running diagnostic test once at-least on the first version of the boards.
