I am using AM335x processor & connecting it to NOR flash of Multiplexed address data 16bit。
GPMC Asynchronous access NOR flash。
Master osc 25 MHZ.
At present, I can not get the device ID.
To program this configuration we would do:
GPMC_CONFIG1_0 =0x1200;
GPMC_CONFIG7_0 = 0x40;
GPMC_CONFIG2_0-->CSONTIME = 0x2
GPMC_CONFIG2_0-->CSONTIME = 0xc
That is to say, CS Effective time is 0xA, but I use oscilloscope to test for 70ns.
same argument, ALE and OE signal's test results incorrect.
I don't know why?
