We are designing a new embbeded system based on DM8168 and we are interested on use two x16 by EMIF micron DDR3-1600. This are four DDR3 x16 devices (2 by EMIF)
In this speed range micron only have two options:
MT41K128M16JT-125 IT (The problem of this memory is the compatibility because this is DDR3L of 1.35V)
MT41K256M32SLD-125 IT (This is a version with two x16 DDR3L devices, we have the same problem)
We are looking for info about compatibility of DM8168 with micron memories but we can´t find it. (Micron only have compatibility table with Xilinx FPGAs)
Is this devices compatible with DM8168?
