OMAP-L138 EMIFA in Extended Wait Async mode - delayed strobe deassertion

Hi,

The OMAP-L138 DS states that the "Delay time from EMA_WAIT deasserted to EMA_OE high" (td(EMWAITH-EMOEH) parameter 11 in Table 5-24 and Figure 5-15) should be in 3E-3 to 4E+3 range with 4E nominal value, where E = EMA_CLK period. The same values are for EMA_WE (parameter 25).

However I'm observing experimentally 4.6E to 5.6E delay (e.g. 46ns to 56ns with EMIFA @ 100MHz) both  for read and write transactions, and the relative values of these delays have no dependence on EMA_CLK frequency.

So what should be the correct values of these parameters in DS?

Upd:  All the Min / Nom / Max values of parameters 3,10,15 and 24 for (EW = 1) in the  Table 5-24 of DS contain the EWC*16 component. Is it correct? Perhaps these should be EWC for Min and MEWC*16 for Max values?

BR,
