674xdsplib 3.1.1.1's function DSPF_sp_blk_move compile warning

All,

When I create a typical c674x program , include the dsplib header and link the  dsplib.a674.\

All the other functions worked fine, but when I add the void DSPF_sp_blk_move(const float * x, float *restrict y, const int n) and compile the program.

The console tell me  warning #225-D: function declared implicitly.

I wana know what's wrong with this

    Hope for your reply.

  • Hi Yuanxi,

In general, the compiler warning message "function declared implicity" means, that the included header file doesnot have the prototype declared for this function " void DSPF_sp_blk_move(.., .., ..)".

You can get rid of this warning by adding a prototype of this function in the header file but before doing that, make sure you have not missed any header files ( to be included in your project ) which already has this protoype.

    Hope this helps!.

If still this is not solved, please do reply with more information like version of software package, dsplib and CCS.

    Regards,

    Shankari.
