how to flash u boot on NAND of omap l138 lcdk

I want to flash u boot on NAND of omap l138 lcdk i have studied all the resources given in the wiki

but i am unable to flash u boot on NAND

I have Generated AIS version of U-Boot using AISGen but after that also i am unable to do the further process

please give the required detailed steps to flash u boot on NAND

its very urgent please reply

Hi Marut,

1) You can flash u-boot(AIS formatted) to NAND flash through serial flash utility.

./sfh_OMAP-L138.exe -flash_noubl <u-boot file> -targetType OMAPL138_LCDK -flashType NAND

Ex:

./sfh_OMAP-L138.exe -flash_noubl u-boot.ais -targetType OMAPL138_LCDK -flashType NAND

2) Boot the board through SD card and flash the UBL,U-boot in NAND flash from u-boot shell using nand erase/write command

3) Boot the board through SPI flash and flash the UBL,U-boot in NAND flash from u-boot shell using nand erase/write command.

Hi Titu

I have flashed u boot to the NAND flash by the given above process, after that also my SD card is not booting up , i think there is problem in the SD card only, so i formatted the SD card and after that i tried to reinstall the linux kernel and u boot and file system on the SD card but i am unable to do from the steps which are given in the processor. wiki

and i have downloaded the SDK software from the given link below

please give me the required steps to port linux and u boot and filessystem on the SD card
