AM1808 uses on-chip 1.2V oscillator with external 24M Hz crystal, there is a problem in ESD test(2kv).

AM1808 uses external 3.3V clock (24M Hz) source, there is NO problem in ESD test(6kv).

My question is:

Can AM1808 use 3.3V clock input?

if can not, how to improve the ESD performance?

Overdriving the input clock with a 3.3V signal is not recommended because it can stress the 1.2V transistors. Is the oscillator circuit using the OSCVSS pin for ground and keeping it isolated from digital ground?

We have used the OSCVSS pin as the same as datasheet, but it is very sensitive to the ESD or RS(Radiated Susceptibility)
