Perl version to run C672x Bootloader Utilities

The scripts used by the document SPRAA69C were tested with Perl release 5.8.4 and the script genBootCfg requires the Tk module installed.

One of the most popular Perl packages available for Windows is ActivePerl and is provided by a company called ActiveState. ActivePerl releases 5.8.x include the Tk module in their main installation package, but as of today (June 2008) their latest releases (5.10.x) do not contain it – it must be installed separately according to this post (http://community.activestate.com/forum-topic/missing-tk-pm) on their community forum. Therefore, the safest way is to use the previous ActivePerl release 5.8.x.
