Hi All

We have a custom board with DM368 and ipnc rdk 5.1 reference code. We like to use Toshiba BENAND (Built-in ECC NAND). The custom board is in NAND boot mode. Is this part is supported by RBL (Because of built-in hardware ECC ) ?. What changes are need to be done for support in u-boot and kernel.

RBL doesn't support for in-built ECC NAND.
I think, its on-die ECC ??

To enable the on-die ECC support, you need to modify the u-boot and linux source (disable the processor ECC and SW ECC support)

Are you saying the RBL won't take the NAND with inbuilt ECC? (Not able to boot the board ?)

It will not make use of inbuilt ECC of NAND but use ECC of 1bit HW ECC of processor for RBL image on ROM.
Then rest of the bootloaders section, you can use it.
