Hi,
I am seeing a variable latency on a spi transfer using ioctl. After the last spi clock, return from ioctl can take between 100us to 5ms. I am measuring the latency by toggling a gpio line before and after the ioctl call. I am hitting an unexpected speed ceiling for multiple spi device accesses.
Can anyone suggest how to reduce this latency.
My platform is a beaglebone black.
