Inventory Subscription API Settings and Issues

Hey,

I tried setting up the Inventory Subscription API Settings but could not find what I should/can enter in the API request parameters fields:

I tried sending a test message without anything entered in these fields and got following error message:

{ "status": "failed", "responseCode": 0, "message": "I/O error on POST request for \"">XXX/.../push\": connect timed out; nested exception is java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out" }

It seems you cant reach my maintained endpoint. Any idea how to fix that or what the problem is exactly?
