Hi,

I have recently implemented the V2 of the Order API, and I noticed that test orders I placed appeared on the Apruve dashboard WITHOUT the invoice.

I was wondering if this is expected behavior and if the products will be delivered.

    thank you for contacting us, No this is not the expected behavior and sadly no products will be delivered for test orders.   We are aware of the situation and are working on a fix. The current plan is to roll out the fix on 9/29. Until we have the fix in place, you will continue to see this behavior for your test orders. As a short gap solution, we do plan to cancel test orders once a day.   Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    I'm facing Davide's issue but I don't see how orders are being cancelled into Apruve account and they are consuming the available Apruve Credit. 

    How should I recognize cancelled orders?

  • Hi Iker,

    For your Apruve related test orders, when you view your Apruve Dashboard  -  those test orders are visible but should not have a valid Invoice attachment. Thus test orders should be cancelled within 15 minutes of the time the test order appears in the Apruve dashboard or deleted within the same day the test order is created.

    My understanding is that the test order is removed from the Apruve dashboard and no longer shown (let me try to get a confirmation on this). So at the time of order cancellation, Apruve should recognize the cancellation and re instate the test order value back into the Apruve Credit availability.  If this is not what you are experiencing, please reach out and I will continue to do further research.

    From my end test Apruve order remain in the order dashboard. It is true that they do not generate invoices but they are reducing our Apruve Credit.

  • Thank you for sharing this information, i will reach out to our internal teams to determine the process for releasing back the credit from the test orders and will share back to you once i have some information on this process.

    After today test orders no longer hit the Apruve account and decrement credit,  the test order that is out there that you shared - our support team is in the midst of  removing all test orders which will reapplying the credit instantly once the order is cancelled - give us the rest of the week and this test order should be removed.  If you do not see this happening after Friday, please let us know and we will revisit the test order issue.
