TI-API: API Checkout profile ID is not shown

This is Echo, sales for ZTE. My customer ZTE is developing Order API interface and need the Checkout Profile ID for that. But now the checkout profile ID is not shown which means the first column of check profile is empty. The account is a corporate account (not a personal account). Company name is ZTE.  tax id ****** and already added to the account. Could you help to check the issue and how we can fix it?

    You may disregard the friend request, digging deeper, we found the request for access in our system for ZTE.  The ZTE customers have 2 checkout profiles but they do not have a valid API enabled payment type associated with these profiles at this time.  thus the status shows incomplete.

    They have chosen Other as payment type, for personal accounts with ti.com (non-API) for CNY currency we allow Other payment types such as UnionPay, WeChat Pay, Apruve line of credit, Alipay.  However, at this time in API enabled payment methods for CNY currency CN region is Apruve line of credit or bank Transfer for API. 

    Please ask ZTE to select one of the API enabled payment types and see if this will show their profile then as complete.

    We hope to expand the API enabled payment method types in the future, sorry if this has caused confusion.

    Echo, we have corresponded in email a bit - please note as shared the Payment type cannot be Other for API- it keeps the checkout profile in an incomplete status, it will need to be Apruve or Bank Transfer, or if elgible in some cases Line of Credit (LOC) may be an option- if it is valid for ZTE and China region, ZTE would need to contact their TI sales representative and ask to add the email address to the TI line of credit, then LOC would display in Payment type and be valid option at that time.

    I have Received your correspondence email referring to the payment type LOC not showing as an option we are working with CS team to determine why? LOC not avail. 

    info: TI rep did  add ZTE corporation account email used with their CNY LOC, but they can only search out ‘Apruve’ as payment type, not LOC.  Thus Could you help check why the ‘LOC’ is still not shown as optional payment type? Thanks.

    Per email communication among ourselves, let us know if LOC can now be seen for the ZTE customer since all is approved for LOC at this time.
