The screens you copied suggest that you're trying to use the "Try it out" feature on the API portal without first using the "Authorize" feature that will enable you to make an API call.
Before trying out the API, you should click the "Authorize" button or the Lock icon to open the authorization dialog:
The enter your consumer key and secret and click Authorize:
You can find the consumer key and secret from your myTI dashboard for your company account. Login to https://www.ti.com/myti/docs/homepage and click "API keys and access":
After authenticating, you should be able to use the Try it out feature.
