What is maxmimum Calls / day number for TI Store API Suite

Hi All,

There are two API Suites.

1 Is the Product information suite. Here the Maximum number / calls per day is 1500.

2nd is the TI store API suite - what is the maximum number of calls per day here?

We would like to use this for our system integration.

    The quota can differ between APIs and versions. Are you asking about the v1 or v2 store API suite, and is there a particular API you're interested in?

    To pick a couple popular ones, the call limit for the v2 TI store order API is currently 5000 per day, and the limit for the v2 store inventory and pricing API is essentially unlimited. These limits could change.

    Thanks a lot for the answer.

    So what is the best quota that can be implemented on a customer side? The goal here is that IT does not have to go and change it on a regular basis. 

    The question is regarding v2, an overview over all the different ordering APIs would be helpful.

    For the other two v2 store APIs not mentioned above, the call limits are currently set to the following:

    • Advanced ship notice (ASN): 1000 requests per day
    • Financial document retrieve: 60 requests per minute

    For the order, ASN, and financial document APIs, the expectation is that customers will not need to make special accommodations to avoid reaching those limits because they're high relative to the normal call rates for those APIs.

    If a customer finds themselves sending thousands or tens of thousands of inventory and pricing API calls in order to find out when a part is available, then the recommendation is to make use of the inventory subscription API so customers will receive an notification whenever a part is stocked up to their specific quantity threshold.     I conclude - API  call limits are currently:

     - TI Store order API: 5000 / day

    -  API pricing / inventory: unlimited:

    -  Advanced Ship notice (ASN): 1000 requests /day

    -  Financial documents retrieve: 60 requests / minute 

    Suggestion: Inventors subscription API better than sending thousands of requests / das on stock levels.
