TI-API: Microsoft D365 implemenmtation

Hi Team,

My customer wants to implement API for TI store, but seems their ERP system does not support API functionality. 

They may read TI data or creating order (maybe) but receiving push notification NOT. 

Any tips, How do they need to progress?  Do they need to develop some intermediate application which will bridge communication between TI and D365?

    Thanks for reaching out to API support. 

    If customer wants to receive push notification form TI than they would have to build a solution (eg, webserver) that can honor incoming request that has JSON body. once that solution can parse incoming request, it can talk to internal ERP system.
