API Access Token Issue

Hi Team,

Hope you are doing good!

This is Bhanuprakash from Schneider Electric Automation Team.

we are Trying to get the Price and Inventory of the parts from TI Store through API. when we are generating the access token we are facing the issue in the below screenshot.

Could you please help us the issue ASAP.

Thanks for reach out to API Support.

Can you please ensure there are no leading or trailing space for client_id and client_secret. we have seen this issue occurs.

Also can you please make sure under "Header" tab you have this

"Content-Type" : "application/x-www-form-urlencoded".
