TI-API: Setup Checkout profile blocked by Tax id.

we are trying to create a checkout profile, we added our tax id but we still can't select it 

can you please provide help ASAP.

    I wasn't able to replicate the issue mimicking your tax ID setup. It;s curious though, that I cannot find a checkout profile associated to your company account. I would expect to see a checkout profile that had been started, even if the Tax ID selection was failing.

    Can you share your checkout profile name? I'll send a friend request if you would like to share that information privately.

  • Hi Martina,

    Can you try creating a new Tax ID record using Tax Type "DI?" instead of "DIČ"

    There seems to be a data issue and the different "Tax Types" are mapped to different currencies, and currently "DI?" needs to be selected for a checkout profile for CZ in USD.

    The development team is going to work on cleaning that up, but for now selecting the other Tax Type seems like the best interim solution.
