TI-API: Subscription PUSH API - IP addresses of TI-side notification servers

Part Number: TI-API

Hi!
My company's security policy requires that exposed endpoints (in this case, my endpoint configured in Subscription API settings) can only be accessed by specific servers with known IP addresses. Can I get a list of IP addresses from which PUSH notifications from the TI API can come, or at least the name of the hosts?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

  • Hi Maciej,

Below is a list of our web proxy firewall ports.  ,Please remember that your myTI credentials  (and key/secret) are required in order to successfully test.

Also know that, myTI customers with a myti company account that have requested access to receive push notifications from (HTTP POST requests from ticom-webservice app servers, may need to open your company firewall ports to allow access for the listed IP addresses to receive the push notifications.  More information on best practices for API push settings can be found here.

PLEASE NOTE:  The Web Proxy Server IP addresses listed below can be used at any time. TI does not restrict or limit to a single API in a single region.

  • Thanks for your reply! One more question. Do the 'test' queries work on exactly the same addresses? We have configured our proxy to pass the above address pool, but the test queries (api-portal.ti.com/store-inventory-subscription-push-api are still not getting through. I don't know if the 'real' ones are working properly, I'm focusing on the test ones for now. With security policies disabled, everything works OK, so the settings in the configuration panel I entered are good

  • Hi Maciej,

If you could accept the friend request so that I just sent you, I'd like to get more specific information from you.     Thanks!
