Sandbox Environment (Test)

Hi all,

I've some troubles to access the sandbox environment to use products and catalog APIs

Authentication API (transact-pre.ti.com/.../accesstoken) return me a token.

I use this token to call products and catalogs APIs but I always get: "Response status code does not indicate success: 401 (Unauthorized)."

In production environment all works fine: I only change URL removing "-pre".

Here are the URLS that I use for sandbox calls.

transact-pre.ti.com/.../accesstoken
transact-pre.ti.com/.../catalog
transact-pre.ti.com/.../products
https://transact.ti.com/v2/store/orders/test/

Here are the URLS that I use for production environment

transact.ti.com/.../accesstoken
transact.ti.com/.../catalog
transact.ti.com/.../products

Alberto,

Per our conversation, be sure to use the v2 TI store APIs. You do not have access to any "sandbox" APIs. Remember to use the "Try out" feature first before doing anything in production. I'm moving forward with closing this thread, but, if you have other questions, please let me know.
