TI-API: Invalid API Call

I just requested V2 keys.

I am using them to try and make the call: 

https://transact.ti.com/v1/products?GenericProductIdentifier=xxxxx&Page=0&Size=100

Am I not able to access that Product Information call with the credentials I was given?
