Hello

 

I have recently requested API Keyx for my ompany profile.
All informations were completed when creating the profile.

 

 

 Now i am blocked because the checkout profile is required. However my checkout profile requires me to enter the TAX ID. This TAX ID is required but i can't type it in the field.

Can you help me add the TAX ID into my checkout profile?

    This is a 2 step process

    i do see that you have a tax id number listed in the checkout profile however it seems disconnected from the TI Tax ID page - where I do not see your tax id info for your email within out tax exemption table - so not quite completed setup.

    Would you please open up the tax id page in your myTi dashboard and verify that the tax id is set as Yes - and states a valid certificate exists (please send a screen shot) once the tax id is recognized - then the profile should let you pull in the information.

    You also are required to have payment information and I do also see that payment info is valid in your profile logs.

    Please send screen shot of tax id page and i will also share out to development team to review for this scenario.

    if your tax id is not found on the tax id page - you can take these steps to connect it to the page

    Then in your checkout profile, the tax exemption section should allow you to select and pull in the info and save.

    Eric - i see two profiles for 2 different users,1 is the admin and another an employee. I  also find the company account profile in our system.

    Is there a particular profile you are looking for?
