We are unable to validate your checkout profile



We where trying to send some orders trough the test envoriment, but suddenly we get this error in the response:

We have waited about a hour now after the first time we received this error but still we get this error.

We where able to send one or two test orders before this happened.

Can you please check what went wrong?

  • Hi John, I do see this error on the test  execcutions,  let us do some more research.  I see the checkout profile is valid,  II know you have placed many successful orders with your checkout profile,  we will need to do some more research to why this is responding this way on the test order API.

  • It seems to work again.
    However, we now get another message:

    What are the waiting days? I presume their are no waitings days for an item which doesn't have a limit?

  • Hi John,

    For parts that have order limits, you cannot place another order for the part within 30 days or ordering the limit quantity. The waitPeriod is how long until you are able to order the part again.

    There is no waitPeriod for parts that don't have a limit.

    The problem is that we get a wait Period for an object what DOESNT have a limit, that is what confused us.
