Customer didn't receive Debit PUSH for Debit# 5497377936 on 11/17.
We figured the credit data setup in SI4 not ready. Now, this issue has already been fixed and we have reprocessed the debit push, but customer still couldn't successfully receive it.
Could you pls help check? If debit PUSH already sent, could you pls help provide jason file and advise the sending date & time?
Any possible, can we resolve this issue by 11/17/2023? Because customer need to sign off UAT by 11/17/2023 and move this site to direct.
