I am submitting this thread of behalf of our Korean customer, as they need help translating the question to English. Below is customer feedback, thanks.
Customer is hoping to develop Backlog API with TI. PO (Process Orchestration) is the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) system of SAP, it's a middle system to pass and receive data with external systems.
When customer is calling TI API, they ran into below "Validation Error"
In order to fix the issue above, customer will need to first update their PO system to TLS 1.2, and then to apply extra patch in PO SP 004 in order for TLS 1.2 to ran on Rest Adapter.
- Currently customer SAP PO system's patch level is SP0000, the estimated update/patch job would require 7+ hours
- Customer SAP system requires to have real time data refresh, it will be very difficult to get the system down for upgrade
Customer wonder like TI's input on how to solve above issue without having to shutdown their system, thanks.
