We would like to check the correct soldTo number for our plant as we are receiving the following error message. Please text me for the more details.

TI-TXT-041: No sold to customer found for vendor xxxxxx.

Sent you an updated message as of 1/3/24 - see if you adjust your shipto soldto with leading 0000 *4 zeros to get a match in soldto and shipto,
