TI-API: push API not enabled for WD from TI

We are not receiving push notifications from TI to WD in production. We have tested this in test instance but since the time we went live we haven't received single push notification from TI end. Need a quick resolution on this as it is causing lot of sync issues between the WD and TI systems.
