Actually there are orders updates which we expect to receive in production from TI end. However, I don't see any so far. I would request you to keep this line open unless we get atleast one PO update.

Our last Order push attempt was on 1/8 (I forwarded you the information in your private chat).  If you want us to re-try pushing the 1/8 file, please let me know.   I can submit a ticket for this, but, the push would happen either Friday or Monday, as we do not have access to the production system.  Please advise if you want us to do this.  It would be a good test.

Sorry for the late reply.

Yes we received a push for Customer Purchase Order Identifier: 5100061425 so the connectivity is established. However, it seems to be a manual push and not automated one. Post this we haven't received anything. Ideally, are we not supposed to get it on every change in order from TI end?

Hi Archana,

The push you received on 1/11 was automated (not manual) - I was just reporting what our logs were displaying (that it was a successful push).   Our logs show that prior to 1/11, the push was failing in production.  Since 1/11, there has not been another push.   I can monitor this more and inform you when the next automated push occurs.   Also, it will help me, if you inform me when you receive the next push as well.  So, we'll keep this thread active until the next automated push occurs and is validated by you.

In the meantime, if you require the output from the prior failed push attempts, I can send those to you in a private chat.   Just let me know.

Two automated push requests were sent from TI, at 1/17/2024 3:49:27 PM  and 1/17/2024 3:49:33 PM.  Can you confirm receiving the push data?
