TI-API: Please confirm if TI API Host is situated in Cloud or behind Firewall

Just one doubt in the below IPs, will this be same for prod environment and what would be the port number we need to open up at our side?

Similarly, do you also need to do the whitelisting of our system IP’s? please confirm so that will provide you the range of IPs of our middleware systems.
