    "TI-API-0429" indicates that the rate limit quota exceeded due to excessive calls to a particular API. The limit for the quote API is 10,000 calls per day, and there have been several days since January 16 that you're calling that API over 20,000 times per day.

    Please reduce the rate of quote API requests.
