TI-API: We don't have a team and a team app, we cannot use APIs in PROD

Hi,

As Aselsan, we finished our tests in pre-prod system with Silvia Fuss. We are ready to go live, but we cannot reach prod APIs.

I, myself tried to create a team and an APP (actually created 2 because there was an error message appeared), but Silvia said we should not do that.

As Silvia mentioned, TI IT should provide us a team and the APP for production.

Can you please help us to use prod APIs.

  • Hi Bilgin,

    You should be able to see your production app by logging into https://api-portal.ti.com , clicking the "Teams" link in the header and then the "Team Apps" tab. If you don't see your app there, can you include a screenshot of what you do see?

    in the teams linki there was NO TEAM at first.. I created one with name "Aselsan BYD": 

    I clicked on "team apps". I created 2 apps as well.

    Inside these apps key status is shown as "pending". How should we proceed ?

  • Hi Bilgin,

    BKG_APP_ASELSAN_180075 is your production team app that is approved for use.

    As your screenshot shows, you can copy the key and secret for your backlog app from that screen. This is the key and secret for your original app and can be used for production ordering.

    I will try to do some clean-up on the extra apps you created next week. You can still continue to use the keys for app BKG_APP_ASELSAN_180075 before and after the clean-up.

    While we try to send a PO in production environment using backlog order API, we get following error:

    "Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found"

    We are using the Key&Secret from the app below:

    Do you think the key statuses should be approved instead of pending ?

  • Hi Bilgin,

    I see now that the screen you're showing above is for the team you created rather then the team we created for you. So, the key and secret you retrieve from that page does not have access to the same APIs you were approved for with the approved team.

    So, I removed your access to the invalid team and double-checked that you do have permission to view the proper team app. Please login to https://api-portal.ti.com/teams/bkg_team_aselsan/apps and verify that you can retrieve the correct credentials and call the order API without error.
