Hi Mark,
The "/" is fine. You need to insert the brackets "[]" around the "schedules" section. See example below.

reason --> Invalid shipToAccountNumber
I transmitted the shipToAccountNumber I got (beginning with 1 and ending with 9)
Is that a wrong number? (format string)

I believe you have a space between your shipToNumber and the ")". Can you check that please?
