Hi Lior,
Errors on 3/13:
I also see that you have had some successful test order submissions.
So, let me know if you have a specific error that you want more information on.

Hi,
Remove the mandatory part number when asking questions, it is very annoying, it will not allow me to create new posts in the forum, and when entering a test part number it will change the forum name.
When using the get order test api for an existing order that was just created, the API returns for an item the following message: Item is pending manual schedule which may take up to 48 hours. If your item is not scheduled after 48 hours, please contact TI customer support https://support.ti.com/csm
1) When the Schedule will be approved and confirmation will be send from TI to us?
2) Is the approval process for test orders is done automatically or some user needs to manually approve it, and if user needs to approve it, can you please approve our order of POLTD2400012?
Thanks, Lior
Lior,
I would suggest clicking on one of these links for the API form: (English or Chinese (中文). If you use these links, the only items you'll need to complete are highlighted below.
Other answers to your questions:
1) As stated in the message, you will receive a response within 48 hrs. Normally, it will be a much shorter timeframe for a response.
2) It is automatic, but, just to clarify, what is being reviewed is your requested date for the material. Our automated system will determine if we can meet your requested date and if not, it will propose a date in which TI can meet. I cannot circumvent the system.

Faye
