TI-API: Advanced ship notice retrieve test API not bringing the correct ti part numbers

Hi,

A Test API is not bringing the needed data, can you please check the logs why.

API: Advanced ship notice retrieve API, test mode

URL: transact.ti.com/.../test

Check please that the URL is correct, notice the HSL purchase order number is POLTD2400014

Expectation is to get the following 3 TI part numbers: TPD4S010DQAR, TPD4S009DBVR and BQ25895RTWT

But instead we got in the attached files: SN7406N and DRV8304SRHAR

Also the attached files we got contained way bill only, the commercial invoice file did not come.

1) Why the data in the files are different from the expectation?

2) Why the waybill files did not come?

The same problem also with the invoice document test api, we got the same wrong TI part numbers above.

    Hi Lior,

    Because test orders are not processed through shipment and invoicing, the ASN and Financial document test APIs return representative response payloads that can be used for field mapping, but they cannot include the payload for your specific order.

    While that behavior accounts for the response not matching the test order that you created, it does not account for the missing commercial invoice data. I'm looking into that and will et back to you tomorrow.

    Hi Lior, in our private chat,  I have attached the test ASN response you should have received, and it includes three commercial invoice PDFs for the following IDs:

    "commercialInvoiceNumber": "5497396239"
    "commercialInvoiceNumber": "5497396244"
    "commercialInvoiceNumber": "5497396246"

    Can you try again, and respond in the chat with the payload you see in the response?
