TI-API: Firewall SSL inspection exclusion settings

Part Number: TI-API 
I have a question about the SSL inspection exclusion settings on the internal firewall when connecting to the URL below using Backlog API.

1.https://transact.ti.com
2.https://transact-pre.ti.com

When I set the above URL to be excluded, it cannot be excluded from SSL inspection.
Please tell me the URL for exclusion settings.

    Sorry for the delay it took a bit to find the answer that I can share back to you - 

    There should be a separate configuration for you to exclude SSL inspection. Please work with your network team to resolve this issue. There’s no separate URL from our end for exclusion settings.
